I accidently drank liquid iv that I put in a glass two days ago and left out. Will I be ok?

It definitely tasted a tiny bit funny. All the walking clinics everywhere in my area is closed. It's been sitting out for two days in my dirty dish pile. I made myself another cup of liquid iv and set it down. Grabbed something and drank the wrong one. Will I be ok? Or should I go to the ER? It literally just happened.

It wasn't a little bit either. It was a full cup and I just coughed it.

Well ya but I left it out for two days on my counter in water already. Liquid iv very easily gets contaminated with fungus and bacteria
