Something like a pill or a snake's poison.

You can't even fight back against it like you could a wild dog or a human attacker, or a regular stab or bite wound where you could at least try to stop the bleeding and keep it clean to reduce chance of infection while your body heals itself.
Once bad chemicals get in your bloodstream, there's not really anything you can do to stop it from killing you. Not unless you have access to an antidote—if there is one, and very quickly.
Just seems like a really unfair fight to me. I don't like it. Doesn't matter, but I don't.

Everything is deadly poison if you ingest enough of it, even water.
And the fact most people live to be 70~80 years should be a sign its not really that common to die from poison.
More people die from vending machines, selfies or espacially in traffic accidents.
I feel you on this 100%! Like once that's in your blood stream your done and sometimes you don't even realise until the harshest reactions are happening...
Savage end to a healthy life that would be! Well not sure if I'm the pinicle of health but you catch my flow I'm sure 😂
