What has caused these spots?

Does anyone know what this is? Or any idea of what’s caused it? And how to get rid of them?

Could be bed bug bites. Sometimes you can't even see them because they are so small and almost translucent.
But if you look hard enough, there is a pattern the way the red bites are. Like the left 2 bites right next to each other.
If you've been to the beach, could be sand flea bites.
