I think don't think most people play games intentionally. I think people act very strange or behaviour, in a manner to get something they want they want from you. Or could they have a lot of stress in their life. Players usually play games, because they want sex

I also think you are making a very bad assumptions, that everyone is playing games with you, you can end up pushing everyone away from you.

I think you need to focus more on your own life, than worrying so much what are other people are doing, worrying what other people are doing or not doing, can make you sick.
