I feel like I go to sleep too early when I'm not working. I usually go to bed between 9PM-10PM but never past 10PM. I fall asleep immediately and wake up before 7AM. I feel like that's a bit too early but once I get sleepy I need to lay down and sleep.
When I'm working is a bit different because my schedule is all over the place and I need to plan my sleeping hours in advance.
