What time do you usually go to bed?

I've never been very wise when it comes to sleeping times and such, but lately I've been doing really crazy. One day I will go to bed 11 pm because of work (which starts 6.30 am), and the other I will stay up until 3.30 am. Lol it's getting out of hand...😂🤦‍♀️
How about you? Do you have a normal sleeping schedule?

If I have a reason to wake up early, I try to go to bed by 1. During quarantine when I've got jack shit to do, I try to go to bed by 3am, but definitely know it's past time to sleep if I hit 5 or 6am (I know it's bad, I'm fixing it). I don't need that much sleep anyways, so I just try to go to bed by 1 and wake up whenever I need to.

Early if I can! On weekdays, I'm usually in bed around 8-9pm since I wake up early to exercise before I go to work.

On weekends, however, I may stay up later than usually since I don't have wake up early for work.
But I like my sleep, if I'm tired, I'll go to bed as early as 7pm if I feel like it! Lol

and from 2-9am Tuesday, thursdays haha

I do, but it haven't always.

Now a days I am asleep by 10pm every night and I wake up before 530am.

Granted i consider myself a creature of habit and if i even once throw off my schedule it will take a couple days to get back on it.

If I have a cup of mocha around 6PM I will not fall asleep until 14 hours later. So I do that in moderation.

Depends on when I gotta get up. I try to stay up late enough to get some gaming/relaxing in, but never too late... I try to get at least 6 hours of sleep lol. It ranges from 11ish to 3 in the morning.
