It's summer. I sweat like this man in the pic and sometimes even more. As a girl I feel so insecure about it. I'm the only girl who sweats like this in my whole family and friends and I feel like people might see it as something disgusting or a lack of hygiene. Even though I take shower everyday especially before I go out... Any tips on how to deal with this?

Excessive sweating, also known as hyperhidrosis, can be uncomfortable and embarrassing, but there are several things you can do to manage it. Here are some tips:
1. Use antiperspirant: Regular use of antiperspirant can help reduce sweating. Look for antiperspirants that contain aluminum chloride, which is more effective than other types.
2. Wear breathable clothing: Choose clothing made of natural, breathable fabrics like cotton or linen. Avoid synthetic fabrics that trap moisture and heat.
3. Avoid spicy foods: Spicy foods can cause sweating, so try to avoid them if possible.
4. Stay hydrated: Drinking plenty of water can help regulate your body temperature and reduce sweating.
5. Use absorbent products: Consider using absorbent products like sweat pads or underarm liners to help soak up excess sweat.
6. Consider medical treatment: If your sweating is severe and impacting your quality of life, you may want to consider medical treatment. Options include prescription antiperspirants, Botox injections, and surgery.
Remember that excessive sweating is a common condition and nothing to be ashamed of. If you're feeling self-conscious, try to focus on the things that make you feel good about yourself and your body. You may also want to talk to a healthcare provider or therapist for additional support.
Thank u so much
Youβre welcome
I would highly suggest seeing a physician that specializes in your medical condition. I saw a program on tv all about it once. Nothing helped until she went to the doctor that has delt with your condition before.
I believe that an endocrinologist is the type of doctor you need to see.
Good luck to you 🍀

Mee too girl, I sweat like a dog, although I'm not an expert, I do have a solution. I started using the persipix antiperspirant roll on deodernt. Literally a life saver. What I do have to say though, is do not use sweat pads underneath your arm. When you stick it onto your clothes, you can clearly see the shape and design of the pad through the shirt. Learned that the hard way.
Thanks so much π
