Could be that you're eating crap that doens't have enough protein. How do you know you ate "too much"? Also could be deydration.

i have this problem before when eatinh sweet potatoes and potatoes it doesn't fill me only rice can fill me but now i'm fine with it. maybe because i read about mindfulness eatinh. try to google about that because sometimes our minds are our biggest enemies

I thought I was the only one... I would eat a full meal and be stuffed and then a few hours later my stomach growling again... I usually just ignore it lol that little monster in my belly a eat a house out a home

This can actually be dehydration. After eating try drinking more water than usual and see if it helps
