This has been happening since I was 16, maybe even younger. I try my best to avoid eating breakfast in the morning (pancakes, waffles, sausages, eggs, grits, etc) because right after I am finished eating breakfast, my stomach becomes upset and I will have to poop afterwards. I didn't really think much of it until now. I've known about this, yet it was so hard trying to get rid of the source. I believe I have a bad digestive system. I think the source to this is spicy things that I like to eat. I am trying my best to cut down on the spicy things I eat, because sometimes, it'll give me bad acid reflux as well.
It is possible that you have a sensitive digestive system, which can cause you to experience digestive discomfort after eating certain foods. Spicy foods are a common trigger for digestive issues, as they can irritate the stomach lining and cause acid reflux.
There are also other factors that could be contributing to your digestive issues, such as eating too quickly or not chewing your food thoroughly, eating large meals, or consuming foods that are high in fat or fiber.
If you are experiencing ongoing digestive issues, it may be helpful to keep a food diary and track your symptoms to identify any specific triggers. You could also consider speaking with a healthcare provider or a registered dietitian for further evaluation and guidance on how to manage your symptoms.
