What do you aim for?
Hey Fluffy, did not even know what you meant by macros, but micro vitamins and nutrients are very important in the long run , you cannot survive without them, ( that's what u meant , right?) . Though, I never have time for all that, I barely have time to eat.

I go by the portions size I eat, at one time I weighed 372 lbs now down to 250 lbs.
I count calories with an app called Calory. No I dont count macros. I get overwhelmed with too much information (blood pressure, sodium, carbs etc.) so decided to focus on just one thing being calories.
No, I don't even have the patience with counting calories proberly.
