My job starts at 6.30am but it’s making me sleep deprived what should I do?

How is it making you sleep deprived? What are your working hours and what time are you getting home from work?
Most times it's not the job itself making you sleep deprived but more the person themselves making themselves sleep deprived, choosing to stay up very late on their phone or watching pay TV etc. Try being in bed by 8.30pm or 9pm, stay off your phone.
Common sense should be enough to give you the answer.
Transfer to a different shift if available. I've been working 10pm to 6:30am for almost 2 and a half years but will be going to 2pm to midnight Sunday through Wednesday next month. I'd much rather sleep during the day than it be my active hours..
