What's a good weight for girls to be at? How much do you think I weigh?

I know about the bmi chart but I want to know other preferences.

To help guess my weight I'm around 5"5 and here's pictures of my mom being able to squat me today 🤣

Weight is very deceptive. Your weight changes throughout the day. Also, people can put on 10 pounds and actually look better (as muscle weighs more than fat yet takes up less space). A more realistic healthy measurement is to make sure your waist measurement is never more than 1/2 your height measurement. Ignore BMI, as it doesn't take into account muscle or bone mass.

Looks about right and healthy and fertile to me. Asian women usually need a different BMI standard and maybe even a whole different standard of beauty because you see very slim Asian women with narrow hips and small breasts busting out babies left and right.

Weigh can be a poor measure. Since one pound of muscle takes up less volume than does one pound of fat, two people of the same weight and height can have wildly different bodies.

I read that the ideal weight for a 5' tall female is between 113-138.
But I wouldn't worry about weight. It's about fitness and how you look. And you look great.

I don't have a weight preference. But I do have a preference when it comes to appearance.

My personal ideal is a shape in which the bust and hip measurements are about equal and the waist is about 10" narrower. For example: 34", 24", 34" with a rib measurement of 27".
Another way to look at it is about a 0.7 waist to hip ratio.

You look GREAT. I would guess under 100 lbs, or maybe just over 100 - ?

BMI is a good indicator, but your muscle to fat ratio is even more. Muscles tone the body, fat does not. When a girl has around 17% fat, she looks very athletic, but still female

It kind of depends on your height, now you are 5'5" so I would say you are probably 105 pounds, it's kind of hard for me to tell.

That's just a general starting point; I've had relationships with women who weighed more than 400 pounds on several occasions.

Occasionally. Sometimes she'll weigh a little less but I'll nevertheless find her attractive because she's short and plump, which drives me crazy... lol
