Trending & News If you did it for an hour nonstop, your muscles have no time to recover. And building muscle actually has to do with muscle repair, so you absolutely need breaks and to do it little by little. The best thing to do is do a certain number of reps, rest for a minute, then do another set. Your muscles need oxygen and time.
And trust me, it’s about frequency over time, it’s no rush. I’m getting big quickly just by doing a couple of arm workouts every time.
Partly. It all depends how you lift (weight, reps, series, ...)
Depends on the weights and your current physical shape. Muscles can only grow at a certain speed. Overextend and you can hurt yourself and your muscles. Doing weak weight won't give you any affect after 10 minutes.
You're not going to be able to lift nonstop for an hour unless you're using the little pink weights that don't do anything.

thats not enough information but if you were doing the exact thing but longer you will tear more muscle fibers, not including nutrition and recovery, yes you will build "more" muscle
Doesn't work like that unfortunately 😕
