I’m having doubts w the Job but I need a Job and I can't wait for another time for a different Job and on the bright side I might be able to get buff.
I dont plan on going to the gym rn since I need money for it, Im planning to improve it by myself.
It'll be really tough at first. But you'll get used to it. Just be aware you can really burn out your back and joints doing that kind of work.
Some peoples bodies can handle it. Some people it really screws up. Making you walk like an old lady at 40.
If you have any back issues. Foot, leg or joint issues. Really any malformations in your skeletal system. Don't get this job.
Get some comfy walking shoes and a back brace. If they don't provide a brace. While you might not have the money until your first paycheck. Invest in pricier but really comfortable and supportive shoes.
Depends ob the size/shape and wether or not you can grip it properly.
But you can pack a practice packet yourself, just put some books into a packet and see for yourself.
Just make sure you lift with your legs and not with your back, or you will risk chronic backpain.
20kg is roughly about the weight of a 5 or 10 year old child.
How hard is it, as someone who done warehouse work, where I was required to lift up to 20kg boxes, if you are unfit you are going to struggle especially if you don’t do the proper lifting techniques, it will kill your back.
Yeah no, I couldn’t do that. At least not all day. I have no upper body strength lol.

It wouldn't be that easy to do regularly if you're not use to lifting that kind of weight. Imagine a box with 20 bags of sugar in it, a bag it sugar normally weights 1kg. I guess there is one way to find out if you can and that is to try, don't be disheartened because you're not sure if you can do it or not. It will probably be a challenge for the first week or 2 and your arms will ache but you'll soon get use it to
I did a day moving 50 kilo concrete slabs as my reintroductiin after 3 mouths of doing nothing and that was murder by the end but the money for a day's work was great
It'll be hard in the begining you'll soon get used to it and build some muscle, maybe but a set of adjustable dumbbells and do the weight training, it's worked wonders for me
Give it a try and see how it goes. It can be hard, and by the end of the day harder because you're tired probably (so it might seem even heavier), but on the flip side, over time you might get used to it also and it'll get easier (you'll also likely gain some muscle just from that). But even if it's temporary until you find something else.
That is 44 pounds. I would think it would be tough for somebody who is not used to lifting heavy things.
20kg is 44 lbs. Women your hight average at 120 lbs. That is possible 1/3rd your own body weight.
It's really hard but that's great you can able to do
A bag of cement is 25kg
That's a lot to carry all day
It is about 40 lbs.
