Why do Americans have so many allergies?

My cousin lives and is married in the U. S.

She told me the other day that she was surprised how many allergies people have over there and was wondering why’s that.

I personally don’t have any allergies, neither does she.

Why would the U. S. born children have so many allergies?

Its pretty simple , it all started with highly processed Wheat , and then the normalisation of highly processed foods and fast food , all this stuff should simply NEVER be ingested , its as simple as that , you have then had chickens for example fed hormones for size , the same with beef , this is not just a USA thing , you see it anywhere where these habits have evolved , the likes of Mc Donald's legally kills thousands of people each year , it not only kills them , it leaves them Obese while above ground , and makes their last 10 years above ground full with medication , pain , inactive , lazy , but so dam big they have just given.

All of the above flows into every allergy you'd like to name.

Sadly , much of China is headed the same way , if they dont stop this influx of poor poor diet , plus highly processed white rice. Its an utterly horrendous situation , Thailand is suffering also , with their overall weight greatly increased.

USA in the elite ( sport , gym , business ) anything you wish to name is brilliant , but the so called fight for free choice , well some people are simply unable to make a remotely correct choice.

That will be very bad to get obesity in China as they are genetically prone to diabetes, they’ll easily get there. They have lower waist to hip ratio meaning their obesity is more dangerous.

Its same here in Thailand , like the Australian aborigine , they die quicker..
But Obesity has taken over from lung cancer as the biggest killer , as smoking rates drop.
The entire situation is utter horrendous , Covid could only dream of the numbers that over eating and fast food can kill.

Yep. The downside of Asian body type is that, they get fat on their belly area.

And they are more prone to health issues related to obesity than people who store their fat in their hips.

Yes , very sadly it is.. But when are the people going to wake up? We still get even here ( I would have thought educated ) - Favorite fast food restaurant? Favorite Pizza topping? ..
People need to understand , this is processed death , its not if , its when. FREE choice is NOT an option , its never , ever , ever , this stuff is poison. .

It's an intersting phenomenon you see in a lot of "first world countries" and I don't have a definitive answer.

But the main contenders are:
An excessive vaccination regime that changes the body and might make it more susceptible.
Poor diet caused by an abundance of corporate junk food laced with god knows what.
An over emphasis on hygiene, that might be a good thing on the surface, but is harmful to the immune system.

My grandma used to say "rolling around in the dirt builds tolerance and make you healthier" she, her husband, all their siblings and practically entire generation lived till very old. Barely ever saw a doctor. We dismiss this as hocus-pocus in favor of medical degrees but the results speak for themselves

There are so many different types of allergies. It's not all about food and becoming fat.

I have had allergies all my life. I wake up everyday sneezing my head off, blowing my nose. It's miserable. But like I said, I've always had allergies. Everything was different in the 1950's America 🇺🇸 but I still sneezed everyday. I think I have a bad immune system.

I think they have been fed so much of those unhealthy food since they were a kid so they develop all sorts of health issues when they grow up as an adult. I am married to an American and still working on my husband eating habit. He is slowly following pbut I can tell he can’t completely ditch those food that has been part of his life for so many years.

Poor health and reductionist understanding at health. ie Westerners treat disease on the local level of the disease, rather than the body's general health being in a poor state which creates a fertile ground for illness to take place.

Anyway, 40% of Americans are obese. And they put all kinds of toxic crap and hormones in their food, with very low food standards. I'll bet that covers a good chunk of it.

If that were the case, we'd see far more in places like Mexico, China, and the UK, which are fatter than we are, and (except, arguably, the UK) have much lower food standards.

hm not everyone has allergies in the US. it also depends on the state she is living in. it is also normal for this time of year in the spring...

i only know less than a handful of people who actually do have allergies. so no idea where you guys are getting this notion.

I think that there were just as many allergies when I was little in the 70s but nobody had health insurance so the kids had to develop some measure of resistance.
