I mowed the lawns today and when I came back in I was struggling hard to breathe! Very shallow rattly breaths, had to also jump in the shower immediately to wash the itchiness off. Definitely won't be mowing the lawns any more π
So so vastly better , since I did all I could to avoid Gluten and processed carbohydrates , this is why these reactions amongst many , are so vastly higher these days , and in the most it comes back to what you are putting in your body , mass produced grains are a massive issue.

Be extra careful with allergies, if you had that strong of a reaction. Have been dealing with it since I was 16 or so and recently developed into a really severe sinus infection on one side and had to have surgery for it, and still plagued with the allergy and the resulting sinus infections that recurs from it. Just to protect yourself from future problems, suggest you see an ENT ear-nose-throat specialist. It can get really nasty if the recurring allergy problems

I used to be very allergic to the smell of fresh cut grass when I was younger. My eyes would water, my nose would run but be stuffed up and I sneezed constantly. The only allergy medicine back then put me to sleep. Luckily, over time I outgrew my allergies

as far as I know... I don't have allergies
but I've been wanting to get stung by a bee or a wasp... to find out if I am I'd say they're normal. Not too bad, not too good. But you definitely should try wearing a certain type of mask that keeps the particulates out of your nose & lungs.

My allergies have been very bad. Years ago I did immunology injections and it helped quite a bit.
I have some weird random ones when the seasons change but it goes away in a few days
