I'd say yes. But just don't do like me & angrily train so hard that you injure yourself. The weight wasn't an insanely heavy one. But I didn't ease myself into the training as slowly as I should have. Which led to my body not being able to handle the weight as it could have before.
Yes. what helps me relieve stress is going for a light run, like a mile or two and usually late afternoon.
