Having eczema’s are so tough. I am so done with all these skincare 🙂?

So , apparently it’s been 5 years since I am having eczema. 90% of my body is covered with scars. Do any guy could love me? With this many scars I loose my self confidence. Can’t even wear shorts and beside all this the allergy eruptions are too much I be facing it every second I always tried to maintain but still no use. And Indian doctors are so lame, they be giving me steroids and later I would be sleeping whole day, what should I do? I want to die!

Have you ever tried the opposite of the doctor's advice? I got this rash on my foot/ankles, hips, and elbows when I was a boy that doctors mostly diagnosed as eczema, one psoriasis, but they all gave me corticosteroids and recommended I moisture those areas a lot.

So one day I just tried the opposite. I just stopped moisturizing, used towel to dry my body ultra dry every time I took shower, and just exposed everything to the sun. Then my skin started to peel but underneath was a fresh patch of skin without any bumps, rash, or bleeding, or itching, and that seemed to be the cure for me.

I need to keep my skin as dry as possible. So that's what I've been doing now for almost 30 years since and I haven't had a problem since.

As for self-confidence and scars, I think the best way to attract a partner for life is never so superficial anyway. You find a guy with whom you share interests and talk to each other a lot and you develop an intimacy there. With greater intimacy, the scars will cease to matter. I know that sounds hippie AF but I'm not so hippie. It's a genuinely better way to attract a lifelong partner than say, posting ass pics on Instragram or twerking in a nightclub. But don't be shy; don't let any physical thing you have turn into an excuse to be shy, because there's nothing that will stop you find finding lifelong friends and lifelong lovers than being afraid to introduce yourself to other people.

I have found diet to be the only thing to help eczema personally. Cut grain and sugars. Hydrate more and take vitamins

Firstly, stop using regular soaps, even shampoo! Switch everything to soap free washes. Find a cream called aqueous bp, it's super thick. Lather yourself in it before bed.

Stop using scented products, only use fragrance free lotions and moisturizers.

Secondly, learn to love yourself. This is not your fault, you have done nothing wrong allergies and skin issues are not preventable. The sooner you learn to love who you are, and how you look the sooner other people can also love you. Don't be afraid to show your scars. They only show how strong you are.

yes you do trust me, everyone runs into crap before running into the person thats worth it, give it time, rarely anyone stays with their first lover or maybe even first few, you'll be fine, trust 🙂💯
