It used to be more spread on my upper body, but I really struggle with my hands, and the worst part is they get tiny cuts on them almost all the time. I go through so many bandaids and aquaphor and it is so immensely uncomfortable :(
Check with your medical doctor first (legal disclaimer). Take any conventional hand lotion, and mix it 50/50 with Anhydrous Glycerin (any drug store should have a 4 ounce bottle for less than $10). Smooth on the skin, let it dry a bit, add a couple of drops of water and rub in, let that dry, add a few more drops of water and rub in. Do this morning and night. The ANHYDROUS glycerin searches for- and holds onto- moisture (aka water). It acts to store water in your skin. Check with your doc about adding hyaluronic acid supplement too: it holds 1,000 times its weight in water!

I use to as a kid have it in the crease of my arms, I forget it's name but at the lower end of the biceps. The doctor said I was having too much Vitamin C. I cut down and it went.. Thankfully it never returned!
Yes! I have it since I was a teen but since I moved to the middle east my eczema improved so much and I don't struggle with it anymore. I got stranded in Europe during the pandemic and the climate was really bad for my eczema I had it mostly on my hands but I remember having it all over my body years ago and the only thing that works for me apart from keeping my skin hydrated is corticoids which are terrible for you.
My 12 month old son had it sooo bad. I recently got it to go away by using calendula cream/oil, oatmeal baths and washing his clothes twice (once with free and clear laundry soap and then again on a rinse cycle with no soap). I'm not sure which of these things helped the most but he is no longer covered from head to toe in eczema

Recently developed hand eczema from excessive hand washing and probably stress plus eczema runs in the fam. It’s so frustrating! I too experienced the itching and cracking. My dermatologist prescribed a special HAND steroid cream as the palms of hands are thicker and need a stronger cream the rest of body. Ask about the hand cream if you haven’t already, it really helps to calm it down when I get flare ups.
Yeah I had really bad eczema on my lips a few years ago. Raw natural honey got rid of it very quickly. I just kept applying it until there were no more symptoms.
I struggled with it for a long time. I found that hypoallergenic goat milk soap and eating unprocessed food made a big difference for me.
Going out into the Sun is helpful too.
Do you also take medications like antihistamine and consult your doctor already? Hope you feel better soon.
Skin problems could be caused by a vitamin A deficiency. Try taking cod liver oil supplements.
It was very difficult to get her out of my apartment.
Check out Dr. Eric Berg. Hope you get better soon.
do you have anxiety?I've been struggling with eczema my entire life. It’s a huge insecurity for me, but hydrocortisone cream really helps. There needs to be more awareness about it because it makes me feel disgusting and terrible all the time :(
Not excema but dry scalp. I have Rx for it but it's a dandruff problem anyways. I feel you.
Cut out sugar and grains. Use natural hygienic products.
This is definitely a vitamin deficiency. Fix that and the issue will go away
