How do you deal with anxiety in the morning?

I have anxiety and it’s been quite alright the past 6 months at least.

Recently I’ve experienced some dips in my mental health again. And it’s only getting worse. I now have anxiety/panic attacks in the morning again. I usually feel my worst in the morning I’m not sure why lol.

Any advice please to help stop this? I just want to feel calm and live in the moment. But it’s so hard.
