A friend of mine went bye-bye on a social network on Wednesday and has been unreachable since. We are worried and hope he didn't kill himself. Some people take the last step because they don't know how to help themselves. I think a healthy person solves his problems by himself. But it's my shame if at some point you don't know what to do and then you get help. My friend went for help but they couldn't help him. Not everyone is mentally ill. My acquaintance is and has been actively trying to get help. I would never make it public though because it is a private thing. My acquaintance has tried to raise understanding and break the taboo. He has published reports in the newspaper and written about his illness. It is important to have an intact social network that supports you. Family and friends. I wish that all who read here will succeed

well if this makes u good I have a living father but i also feel fatherless (altho he's toxic so I kinda feel like I have a father but instad an abusive father but still fatherless ) (if that makes sense)
