I saw this online and it got me thinking about what disorders people suffer from.

Probably a mild version of something out there if I were to try to get diagnosed, but I definitely would've been diagnosed with something if I tried at 14, lmao.

For context, I used to experience such bad anxiety to the point of hallucinations (auditory & visual). I experienced nightmares probably 5 times a week and maybe sleep paralysis at least once or twice. Now that stuff isn't an issue for me anymore for the most part.
