Do you take your birth controll pills everyday exactly at same time?

I did when I was on them. Set an alarm. I did it for the evening because I’m almost always at home. When I started working odd hours that changed by the day, it was harder to maintain this but I would keep the blister packet in my pocket and take it covertly at around the same time.

Today I try to avoid hormones and I prefer the man to use a condom. But yes, I always took the pill at the same time and later the Implanon.

You should aim to take it at roughly the same time every day. Not saying to the minute but say between 9-10 am for example. Just gives you the best contraceptive cover as it maintains the level constantly!
