    Only if you eat it everyday in large quantities. I rarely get candy. Only on a few holidays, or a candy brand comes out with an interesting flavor. For example, bought a Churro Kit Kat a few days ago to try it.

    the candy ingredients, sugar/fat in excess can cause weight gain if you eat it or drink it. so yeah it can depending on the quantity and frequency its eaten
