Routine?
I try to do something everyday. Maybe start at 6am. Running on the treadmill for 20 mins, my Pelton bike. Some other exercises to keep my bodh in shape. I've a husband and children to take care of so I work around them but I like to stay in shape for my husband. After my morning workout i prepare my husband's breakfast and lunch, feed and change the baby. Sometimes yoga at 11am. A few gym classes in the middle or end of the day.

My day starts with walking the dog, so that is my warm-up for the day.
Most. The days after half marathon or longer I usually take the day off. Maybe a short three-miler at most to loosen up.
