You do not want bigger boobs. 36DD and saggy, there are no exercises whatsoever that will make them perky or bigger.
You're only option is a lift if you want perky.
Implants can cause long term issues and every guy is going to know that they’re fake. Yours are probably just fine. I would stay natural.
Your young, your breast will shape themself by the 25, so relax, you'll look gorgeous.
