Your doctors scales will be more accurate than your scales.
Ordinary house scales like this are not so much for measuring how much you weigh (exactly) they are for monitoring changes in your weight.
It is normal for your weight to be different throughout the day though which is why you need to weigh yourself under consistence circumstances.
Tracking your weight like this though is not really a particularly good idea because the only thing it is likely to do is cause you to develop a mental disorder.
If you want to be healthy then be healthy, we all know what that means; a balanced diet of reasonably sized portions of good, clean, home cooked foods and an active lifestyle, plenty of water, a good nights sleep etc.
