How does acid reflux and or asthma affected your sex life?

Fyi I have both. Asthma I am largly fine with but the Acid Reflux makes me nervous, I have to be super careful about what I eat.

I can’t say that my asthma has ever effected my sex life. But I do have stomach problems that I take medication for. Aslong as my pills have kicked in, I’m fine to have sex. But before I’ve taken my pills? No way.

Asthma Inhaler helps. I probably get insomina with it which is annoying ash.
Acid Reflux i need to be super careful about what I eat, its annnoying I am trying ti figure out how to manage it it is really unintuitive.

Like acidity can help given some circumstance and high acidity can lead to pain. Medications usually come at great cost to health like bone loss and arithritis pain.

Acid Reflux needs to be planned for taken accounted for.
Hot water fat
Low fat yogurt capsacian
Sweet potatoe low acidity
Camomile lower ige and acidity

Aslong as you’ve got methods that work for you. I haven’t simply got acid reflux, acid reflux is a minor symptom of my stomach issue, so diet doesn’t change anything for me. And you’re right, medications do come at a cost to your health.
