A little because I asked a guy out and he rejected me. And another dude rejected me the other day cause he lived too far. But I got my esteem back by loosed like 5 pounds over the week 💪😈

Its been a little low recently, but gotta get over it. Its fine to not be fine for a min, and then continue the journey.

I get that. I'm the same way. I need those moments. They usually signal that a change needs to be made. So then when I'm feeling a bit better, I think about what needs to be changed.
