First why is the question in entertainment and arts? I suppose drugs count as entertainment 😆 Next question is how is it going to solve problems and what problems you got if you don't mind my asking? At best they can mask pain or make you forget about things. That only lasts a while and then you're right back where you started.. with problems. Why not address the problems instead of trying to forget about them? Might have better luck solving them.

Don't do drugs. Drink chamomile tea. I find it's just as effective as a drug. Like today I was craving pop tarts cause I was stressed out after my dental appointment and sweets weaken the stress response in your brain.
