Maybe, maybe not. Depends on how you carry your weight. Also depends on what you weigh. If you're 400lbs, 14 is a rounding error, so no. If you're going from 150 to 136lbs, that's 10% of your body weight (nearly) so most likely yes.

It would depend on you size to begin with. If you are 5'6 and weigh 250lbs probably not. If you are are 5'6 and weigh 150 then definitely.
