Could go either way. Good chance though. Depends where you put weight on, like @helpfulwoman said. I'd think it would be much more noticeable if you did it at your weight than from 318 to 300, but if all your weight you carry in your gut then probably not so much.

Depends on genetics. Some people are genetically built to where their face is the last to lose any type of fat. Some people also have skinny faces regardless and losing weight makes them look sickly. But generally speaking, it should make a significant difference typically.
