PS: I plan to lose 20 pounds over 4 months. So 5 pounds each month.

No not from 20 pounds. The woman in the picture that is shown would of lost well over 60 and it would need to be very quickly for all that excess skin.
I guess the risk is lower if you combine it with a lot Sports and not just doing a diet :) wish you the best for your plan!
I always work out a lot but recently i started using bc pills and i was writing my Master's thesis so i couldnt really eat healthy and started eating at night and couldnt cook but eat out (unhealthy shit) but couldnt support all this unhealthy behavior with exercise. i plan to go on low card high protein diet with 5 times a week exercise about 30-40 minutes each day.
What about having a carrot instead of sth unhealthy when looting the fridge at night :)
that was 4 months ago when i was writing my thesis i didn't even have time to go get grocery and the ones i got were kind of going bad because i didn't have time to cook juggling with two part time jobs to pay bills, write thesis, take classes, and apply and interview for jobs.

Not really might have tiny bit of loose skin but not like that
Would it tighten over time? I have never been this heavy in my life, and never needed to lose weight, i was always between 108 pounds to 114 pounds not big, not skinny.
The money you'll save in other medical expenses incurred from being obese will more than cover the cost of a cosmetic surgery for the excess skin.
i know but i dont plan to be overweight anyways even in this weight it says i am normal
Unlikely
