I have seen a reel where huge muscle guy lost to cheerleader girl... Is really cheerleader are strong than muscle guys?

[Fireguy17]

Bulk strength like dead weight lifting 600 lbs, no.
Agility strength for certain poses yes because they are lighter.
It all depends on what your definition of strength is.

Current cheerleaders are a whole different animal. Cheerleading is now an extreme sport. These girls are hardcore and are just as tough as the guys.

Thanks for the MHO😎

LOL really?

What kind of a weird feminist fantasy is that?

[Asker]

Lol I have seen a Instagram reel then I want to check with the GAG people

[Opinion Owner]

LOL I really don't think anyone who dances can be stronger than people who lift

[Asker]

I'm not sure but I have seen a girl arm wrestling with a guy with huge muscle but he lost to her

[Opinion Owner]

Well there a lot of things in that
Mostly reels are staged plus arm wrestling is never a sign of strength
Arm wrestling involves more technique... that's why Pro Arm Wrestler Devon Larett easily beat Worlds Strongest Man 2019 in Arm Wrestling
Strength would refer to being able to carry and hold weights
So I think it's likely for a person who is good at arm wrestling to beat the other but I bet she can not lift anywhere near to what he lifts and he would probably use her for Bicep curls! LOL

[Asker]

Oh really.. I got it

[Opinion Owner]

Yep.. I learned that the hard way.. one skinny guy once defeated me in arm wrestling and made me think that all my efforts in gym is just garbage...
Later I saw the video of Devon Larett vs Hafthor and I realised this and also realised that his maximum lifts are my warm ups LOL
So just in case you are kind of annoyed from that video, let me tell you that there is no need to be!
