Girls, Help? Intimate time pain diagonal from my hip! Feels like a very sore muscle?

So bad we had to stop and it is taking a while to heal... Mean while no intimate time and I'm worried that he will get frustrated just married 1 year ago!

My doctor will take 3 months for the next appointment and I'm worried it might start hurting! I'm letting my love down!

Could be ovary pain, which I get often in that spot but that’s because I have polycystic ovary syndrome. Perhaps that’s something that you could discuss with your doctor next time you see them? If it’s a recurring pain.


Another possibility is that whatever position you had sex on last time, temporarily injured your muscles if you don’t do hip exercises often. Positions like cowgirl, doggy or missionary can injure those muscles if they’re weak.


If it’s not ovary related then it should heal within a week. Muscle pain in that area usually won’t last long.

Thanks I'm hoping it's not cancer or is very common in my family but it feels like a muscle! No more legs up for a while!
