Girlfriend restless leg syndrome?

2 months ago, my wive and I found out she was pregnant. We are really happy as we had been trying to get a child. Now here's the thing: we discussed at some point the pains of pregnancy, and I told her that when she was very uncomfortable/in big pain I'd sleep on the couch if needed. I also told her I'd let her use my balls as a punching bag/to lightly squeeze from time to time so that she would feel she wasn't alone in pain.

She hasn't really used it so far in the technical sense (the only 2 times she wanted, I was going to work and couldn't let her) , but she has been kicking me /kneeing me in the nuts in her sleep, and when I asked her she says it's probably restless leg syndrome as It had happened to her mother when she was pregnant. Now I do have some slight doubts as the kicks are quite hard and the only other period she kicked me in her sleep was apparently this syndrome too.

It was 2 years ago, I had some big argument with her over talking to a girl, had slept on the couch for a week, and when she let me back in bed, she started kicking me. I wonder if she created this syndrome so she can kick me and feel better/kick me out of bed. Maybe its a way for her to randomly give me pain when I don't expect it, just like her pregnancy does to her.

What do y'all think? I've tried putting a pillow on my balls and it had fell during the night, and wearing underwear does close to nothing to help my jewels.
