Guys, who has summer ragweed allergy and how do you deal with it?

These months mid-August - end-September are most terrible to me. I have a ragweed allergy and the only thing that helps more or less is wearing a mask. During this period of time i never open windows at home, because as soon as i do, i start sneezing, nose starts running and eyes are itchy. How do you guys cope with allergy?

I’m starting to wake up to the fact that I definitely have it as well.

I’ve noticed over the past couple of weeks or so that I’ve just been feeling abnormally tired. And over the past day or so my throat is kinda feeling like it always does when there’s allergies.

To answer the question though, I combo on Zyrtec allergy pills and FloNase.

Works like a charm. I had symptoms just as bad as yours in the past but give it a week or so on those meds, take them every single morning, and you’ll notice that you’re literally immune to the allergens

Thanks, I will try. I tried different meds but they didn't work out well. The best as of now is wearing a face mask if going outside.

The fact that you are 23, and you feel you start having it tells a lot. I noticed the allergy at 25. So it may even worsen for you. Before 25 I never had it.

Ragweed and pollen is bad for me, but I can’t resist keeping my windows closed.. I love lighting candles and fresh air.. I’ll take a Zyrtec before I go to sleep and I don’t have an issue
