Trending & News If the pain is that bad you might want to mention it your doctor or primary care provider, just to make sure you don't have something like juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/conditions-and-diseases/arthritis/juvenile-idiopathic-arthritis
I'm not saying that's what you have but honestly the pain in your hands should be so bad that you can't write. Be your parents know about this.
da fuq you on about. You probably think I have one foot in the grave. I strength training intensively 4x a week for over 7 years. ain't got no joint pain.
If you've got joint pain, you're doing something wrong. What you eating? What's your weight?
You aren’t even old I was talking about people like 60,70. And I’m 49kg. I don’t even eat a lot because I have a lot of food sensitivities + celiac. I think it’s because In school we use our computers every day and type excessively pretty much every class bc I never had it prior to school starting. Nothing much I can do about that because I can’t just not do school work so I was just asking what helped to make it go away or less worse
I have no pain. Joint pain can be caused by a sedentary lifestyle and poor diet lacking in collagen, vitamin C, organic sulfur and too many processed foods.
