Do you ever randomly wake up in the middle of the night?

I've been doing that a lot lately :(

From time to time it happens & it usually happens when I go to bed too early or I can’t sleep. Sometimes I’m hungry & hit the kitchen for a little snack or sometimes I have to take a leak. Sometimes it’s a train in the distance or crickets or frogs outside my bedroom window. Sometimes it’s the boom boom boom from a passing car.
Once in a blue moon my smoke alarms go off & when that happens I’m up.

Yeah, but only when I'm either changing my sleeping schedule in a drastic way or if I need to adjust my hearing protection to block out sound better.

I have hyperacusis so if I don't wear headphones, earphones, earbuds (etc) when I sleep, I'll wake up from even the smallest of sounds. I have to play noise when I sleep.

If I have caffeine my sleep might be delayed but once I fall asleep I almost never wake up in the middle of the night.

Ugh same. I freaking hate it. I especially hate it on a work night. Wake up every hour or two 😒
