Just my hubby, nobody else.

We have a large, well-equipped home gym in our backyard and he diligently trains me besides both of us spotting for each other.

Nah. I workout alone at home with calisthenics. I think I prefer to workout alone as well. It helps me focus more. Makes sense. I even prefer to work alone in other aspects of life as well.

I usually go alone and zone out. Occasionally one of the trainers will stop by and ask how I'm doing and offer suggestions.
