Immediately after showering apply 1% hydrocortisone cream, reapply mid-day.
Claritin or Zyrtec 1x per day in morning. These are usually non-drowsy unlike Benadryl. Benadryl can help before bed, though.
Lidocaine 4% gel before bed to numb long enough to fall asleep. Alternative is 10% Benzocaine in ChiggerX, but it's not usually available in stores. It is possible to OD on these topicals, so only apply in problem areas, not all over the body. Wash and dry your clothes to ensure you don't have stragglers. A lot of people think you need to throw away clothing, and that's completely unnecessary.
Thanks!
Yes they wash off like anything.
Great tips! đ
Dry them out with baking soda paste. Put some bleach in a 5 gallon bucket with hot water and dish soap then soak. Coat the area in clear fingernail polish.
Yikes! But they arenât actually in your skin
Clear nail polish.. plot it on every bit to suffocate them
But they arenât actually in there. Just a bite mostly
Just a bite mark like a mosquito
Try Caladryl.
