If you train hard twice a day you are over training. The body needs to have rest between workouts so it can rebuild.
Im only doing cardio for about 1 hour..
Twice a day is too much.
Ok but do u think 1 hour is too long for cardio?
1 hour is okay. i do 1 hour cardio sessions soemtimes.
What type of excerices u do in gym bro?
I cannot run anymore so i ride a bike, use a stair climber or an elliptical trainer. I usually do 45 minutes and then do abs anf weight train for 45 minutes.
Why cannot u run anymore if u don’t mind me asking.. and Nice seems like a cool training!

yes, I used to run 50 mils a week and i raced at least once a month. I was too heavy for the sport.

If so it's overtraining unless you're on steroids
No more like doing cardio lol
Yes then it's fine I guess but not too intense unless you give your body time to recover
Also from my experience too much running can mess up your knees
