I just started running, as a 5ft flat, 180 pound obese woman.

How long will it take me to run for longer without almost passing out π₯΅π₯΅π₯΅π₯΅
I want to at least make a mile in 20 minutes. And I canβt even make that.

You're halfway there since you started running
Fat would contribute largely to decrease your endurance and ability to run long... so if you run consistently and eat less your endurance will increase as you get leaner
I heard somewhere that for fat loss you must run at a relaxed pace instead of being gassed out, so calm down and try to enjoy the run as you burn fat
I can't say a fixed time, but 1-2 months would be enough to see visible progress.. patience is very essential when it comes to fat loss... it may sometimes be quite slow but you must not leave it halfway.. good luck

Itβs all based on two factors, your cardiovascular health. And the condition of your leg muscles. The more you run, and stay consistent with it, the more both of those things improve
But how long in a time frame?
Month? Week? Year?
Everyone is different
If u never trained before and satrted from zero t orun fast I would reccommend u to start with walking and then combine run and walk - u will start slowly but it will push u much farther, u have to gain basic endurance first. Also reccomend u to do at least some mobility excersises (to prevent injuries).
