It depends. Sometimes I listen to depressing music to hit the bottom and restart. And if it is not very deep, I just distract myself. Work is the best or a very good book.

I also suffer from depression. Baths and being clean make me happy for a bit. Maybe try exercise, but I would recommend speaking to someone you trust about this ❤️
