I do some writing, and if I'm working on a novel, sometimes give my characters the bad day. Writing period helps though. Getting those thoughts down on paper removes all that weight from you!
Watching a situational comedy helps to, like "I love Lucy" or something where the character gets into trouble and gets embarrassed, and then you're thinking, "I thought my day was bad". lol

I cook me something, I clean. I go for walks, I listen to music, I talk to friends, I play a videogame, I have a chat with friends. Many many things :)

Play video games, listen to nasheeds or some random documentary on history to immerse myself into it. Praying too.
Smoke weed, playing video games, go for a walk, play with a pet, meditate, eat/drink something I love, etc..
Go to the gym and get all bad energy out of my body.
I used to talk to my girlfriend or snuggle up with her, but she's in heaven now, so all I can do is bite the bullet and deal with it myself
