I've always been a size 5 even after high school and into my 40's because I became I'll.
I ended up going to a wellness center for my illness. I didn't know it, but they fed me only carbs and 2 nutrition shake twice a day.
Every month I gained 10 lbs from the diet they put me on. I was there for 6 months.
I still need to lose some of that weight. I still can't believe they did they to me. I've lost only 15 pounds since I left there. I think I have diabetes type 3.
That diet confused my body and that's the way it is now.

It's very hard to maintain my ideal body personally. I don't like too muscular or too soft, it has to be a bit of both and balanced. So it tips over the edge of each from time to time and takes time to adjust. Right now I'm a little softer than I prefer and working back towards the more muscular end.
That being said, it has nothing to do with weight. I weigh the same whether it's all muscle or all fat. It's more about what it's made of and how it's distributed for me. My weight is good.
this year i gained a lot of weight and ruined my perfectly shaped body now i have soo many kg to give and that is harder than i thought building muscles and getting ripped was easy but burning fat is hard especially while i'm in love with the act of eating.
i was 5'10 and 70-75 kg range with 70 kg muscle mass.
now i reached 100 kg and i might even be more than that, curse those stupid ssri who made me go into shark frenzy.
Ngl I wish I had maybe 20 more lbs in muscle but I'm decently comfortable with my weight. I'm exactly 160lbs rn. This is the leanest I've sustained myself in years. Before, my weight was in the 170's+

At least one thing I can't complain about :D
Yes, I have a good weight and I eat very well. This one time at my job another coworker and I were helping this older couple out, and the husband makes a comment like "for working with food, you two look like you don't eat much." Like excuse me? Even his wife shot him a look. I don't care how skinny you think I am, don't make a comment on my damn weight especially with those choice of words.
Yep, I feel happy with it. I am 160 cm and 49 kg as of this morning.
However, the weight where I feel the most confident in my body is 47 kg.
I've gotten a bit heavier with age, although the same pants still fit... I'm not too upset about it. Body still does (most) everything I ask of it.
Yup. 92-95 lbs, most I've ever weighed in my entire life and definitely not changing it.
I’ve been the same weight since 7th grade so it’s whatever
yes... been about the same weight for half of my life, so I am quite used to it
My weight is okay... I'd like to lose about 10 pounds.
I'm ok with my weight a few inches off my waist would be great though.
Nope I’m 231 and have a soda belly (I don’t drink alcohol so it’s not a beer belly 😛)
I'm really not too sure how much I weigh.. But I'm fine with it..
I am happy with my weight, and I hope I don't gain any.
I’m a little over right now. But I’ll be back where I need to be soon returning to a proper diet and exercise regime
I’m a year post partum and lost some gains. Working on them though.
Yes I am. I try to run or swim every day and it helps
I've put on a few pounds but I'm not overweight so I'm good with it.
I have gained about 10lbs this semester and would like to take that off.
No complaints whatsoever.
