Every day of my life. 😫
I have to count every calorie.
The only periods of my life during which I could eat what I wanted were when I was a competitive swimmer and when I went bush with the Australian Army. There was no food worth having out bush, though.
An infantryman burns about 5,000 calories per day, while on patrol.
We used to gorge ourselves on mess food in base camp, to create a fat reserve that we would burn when we were on the other side of the wire.
We would struggle to do up the webbing before we left. After a week, we needed the webbibg to hold up our pants. 🤣

Yeah, but tracking my nutritional intake has helped. Reduce sodium to 2300mg maximum a day, keep added sugars to 30mg or less a day. Make sure to stay hydrated. Treat stevia drinks as a medical drink meant to flush excess sodium & sugars, because it dehydrates you, makes your body make more insulin, and causes hypertension temporarily. so keep it to once a week, get salty foods up to 1000mg sodium minimum. Also, manage your carbs and keep them low if you have large amounts of fat. Also keep red meat to once every 2 to 3 weeks, do fish protein more often, if not baked/grilled chicken

    All the time!
I was curious on what other saw when looking at me; so one day I took a video of myself to see all my angles lol. I didn't enjoy it one bit and was embarrassed I was walking around the way I was. My highest weight was 165, after that video, I made it a goal to work out for 30 days, just to set in a habit. I never stopped and am now 139 (does fluctuate after eating of course) I haven't been this weight since high school. What also motivated me was a dancer with the same name as my username, her body was amazing and inspired me to get fit and soon dance just like that.

    I used to
I gained close to 28 lbs during quarantine and I struggled
to lose all that weight. At first my metabolism had shut down and I couldn't lose weight, even though I ate healthy. It really took a toll on my self-esteem and mental health. I know there are more serious problems in the world than this, but it sucks not being able to fit into your favorite clothes or shop at stores you used to

I do! I have been skinny my whole life. Maybe even too skinny! I can eat anything, everything and at any time. A lot of people tell me how good it is that I don't have to be careful. But then proceed to tell me it's not healthy being that much skinny. Even the doctor asked my if I throw up! It doesn't metter how much I eat, I still can't gain even 1 kilogram. by the way, I'm 23 yo, 175cm and 46kg...

Yes, I do suspect I have binge eating disorder or just a very unhealthy relationship with food. I have never been massively overweight - the highest was about 153lbs (I’m 5’4) and I struggled a lot over lockdown. I recently lost about 18lbs though and hopefully will lose a bit more! But I still struggle a lot with body image and body dysmorphia, and trying to stay on track.

Yeah a little. My weight naturally gravitate towards about 270 pounds. I was down to 235, need to go lower than that, but if I'm not strict on diet and exercise I go back to 270.

I know healthy is a lifestyle and I need to stay on it to stay fit, what can I say? I like good food and don't enjoy exercise that much.

Healthy meals consisting of 3 things, greens, rice or potatoes, and some kind of high protein meat, usually chicken, turkey or tuna, gets old fast

Yeah, I can loose a lot of weight if I don't take care of myself properly so I need to look into that and eat in healthy amount. I realized this when I was skipping meals in school. And also if I overeat then I can easily get a bloated tummy. So I need to balance between physical activities and food.

not really... my weight can usually fluctuate between 190 and 200 pounds
which does not really affect me for sports, I am very well used to both and also weights in between

and for me to gain or to lose weight... it only means that I am eating more protein and gaining more muscle from being active into sports... or that I am losing some mass and eating less because I am a lot less active with sports

No I literally just have to eat less and will see results the next week or give in TO GLUTTONY and I'll gain, but I might contact a coach? I want to build muscle but I don't know how to properly eat. I just eat to satisfy my cravings, but with further healthier goals in mind. Now WITH THAT I struggle :(

My weight is fine. A bit on the low side.
So my ''life-time struggle'' had been to put ON a little.
Covid had helped me there, but picked the wrong location around the belly button :D
Then again - on the best race-horses you will always see the ribs... heh heh.

not really. I gain and lose weight. I can eat something and gain a bit and then in a week or two i can correct it. I can fast and go zero carb if need be and throw in exercise on top if needed. Its not hard if you apply yourself.

Struggle is not the word. I could stand to lose weight, but what I struggle with is the motivation to begin an exercise routine. Once you start, you become addicted to the endorphins that are released during the exercise, and to the improvements you see, in strength and in shape.

I can't keep a stable weight - I used to be underweight before ballooning into greatly overweight, before losing it.
Now I just go forward and back between overweight and stable weight.
