I don’t want to fast but I fast because I’m broke. I can’t afford to eat most days so I stay hungry. When I’m hungry the best meal is sleep but when I can’t sleep I sometimes make myself struggle meal called water rice with a side of ice sandwich. I cook plain rice and pour cold water in it. I might eat that with an ice sandwich which is just ice and bread. As of walking, I’m so stressed that I pace around for hours because i feel bothered.

No. I am a long distance runner so the 10K steps is no issue, but I also have an insanely high metabolism and have to eat quite a bit more than a normal person.
