It depends on what I'm wearing. These shoes I've got on now never stink, unless I spend a good bit of time in them with no socks. What little stink they acquire from that can be eradicated by a few blasts of Fabreeze. I've had these for at least 5 years, wear them almost every day and they still don't stink! However, if I wear sneakers, they'll start to stink in a couple months and no amount of Fabreeze will help! Especially if I go just one or two days in them sans socks!! If I wear sandals, there's no stink at all until they collect and build up enough street dirt in them that makes them smell REAL bad after about a month or so! I can't find ordinary leather shoes in my size 16EE so, I have no idea if those get smelly.

It is pretty easy and doesn't take a whole lot of effort to be a clean person. I do get that some medical conditions exist that would cause foot odor but seeing as I don't have one of those I can say short of after a workout I don't have that problem.
