Do insoles really help our feet in our shoes?

Be very careful when buying insoles. Im an advent jogger and can tell you if you have insoles that are too soft for your everyday walking around it will mess your feet up by conditioning it to be less able to walk on the floor. You will be more heavily reliant on insoles.


I would suggest against insoles unless tou have a condition, your work requires it or you are in need because of your athletic ability

You can go to one of those stores like "The good feet" store. They sell insoles made for your feet.

I do a lot running, walking, hiking, cycling, golfing...

My feet appreciate the insoles.

Yes, they help if you are on your feet all day.
